John Lovetron -------------------------------
It's John Lovetron, the modular mayne. An expensive multi month odyssey to create the perfect groovebox (destroying a long term friendship in the process) lead him to a journey of self discovery (and ego inflation) as a musician, eventually becoming part of local synthesizer performance group Night Beams. Formerly a noisemaker, backup vocalist, and bass player in a mathcore band, John returned to his extended love of dance music, something spurred from early adolescence, examining industrial and techno territories while attempting to harness the frenetic and angular energy hardcore has. In his spare time, John does video synthesis, having VJed for several bands in Chicago, and will embarrass you in Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo.

SomosMonos Cervecería is a Latino-owned brewery in Chicago's Back of the Yards neighborhood, known for its Mexican-inspired craft beers and commitment to community, located within The Plant. The brewery, whose name translates to "We Are Monkeys Brewery," was founded by Victor Santoyo and pays homage to his Mexican heritage and the founders' shared history in the Southwest Side, with beer names and labels inspired by music and culture. They offer unique brews like the strawberry blonde ale "Chica Fresa" and aim to provide a space for local artists and the community.
Concept: A brewery that blends Mexican heritage with craft beer, inspired by music and local culture.
Location: Based in The Plant, a shared space for businesses in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
Mission: To give back to the neighborhood where the founders grew up and to create a space for the community and local artists.
